Has anybody with high calf insertions managed to grow their calves at all? Bro checking in here with abysmal calf insertions. In my 5-6 years of lifting they have barely grown at all. I've always done the typical routine working them twice per week, but I'm going to increase the frequency to see if I can get some growth.
