Power down your hearing aids and turn them back on. For two minutes they will stay in pairing mode. You will then see the hearing aid under available devices. WebEvery time such tone is played by the smartphone, the hearing aid will switch. To avoid this behavior we recommend to switch off tones from the smartphone settings, e.g., system tones, touch tones, keyboard tones, screen lock tones, screenshot tone, app sounds as well as notification tones from messages (e.g. SMS, email and push notifications).
